I used to be jealous of the insolent

But I'd rather be mocked for living out what You taught

Whom have I in heaven but You Lord?

But now I see the truth, I am always with You

Well I can't speak for what you're going through
I don't have the answers, I won't pretend I do
But I can tell it's hitting you hard

Maybe it's  God way of turning you back to Him
Maybe it's God's way of proving He's sovereign
Maybe it's God's way of showing you He's working out His plan
Maybe it's God's way of reminding you
            He's got the whole world in His hands

God never promised life would be easy
He didn't say we'd never know pain
But He gave us His Spirit and said He'd never leave us
And He gives us strength and hope for the day

Brighter than the morning sun

Even In These

Even in these, my times of deepest pain
You take every sorrow, every fear away

A Simple Prayer

Your timing is perfect
When my time is rushed
Your Word speaks out boldly
When my lips are hushed
Your plans are far greater
Than any can know
Your Spirit’s the water

Your perfect faithfulness

My Story

I wrote My Story on April 4, 2011. I was contemplating life; why I’m here, what my purpose is, and it dawned on me that no matter what season I’m in or what I’m facing, my story will always be to glorify God and tell others about Him.

This is my story, why I’m here on earth
To tell of Your glory, to sing of Your worth
This is the reason why I live, the reason why You saved me
This is the reason why You give me breath of life each day
So I can praise
